Senior Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer (P304)
Specific Opportunities and Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine circuit architectures.
- Evaluate IC process technologies.
- Design RF analog circuits at the transistor level and perform circuit-level simulations.
- Participate in design reviews, perform bench-level validation of silicon, and assist in the development of manufacturing test solutions
- Maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
- MSEE + 5 years (or equivalent) IC design experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing circuits that operate in the multi-GHz range.
- Experience developing ICs that have been mass produced.
- Experience with both CMOS and Bipolar high-speed transistor-level IC design.
- Specific experience designing RF power amplifiers, mixers, VCOs, LNAs, transimpedance amplifiers, active filters, and high-speed data converters is highly desirable.
