Senior RF IC Design Engineer (P305) — Austin
Specific Opportunities and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to product architectures and evaluate IC process technologies.
- Design RF / mixed-signal circuits at the transistor level and perform circuit-level simulations.
- Participate in design reviews, perform bench-level validation of silicon, and assist in the development of manufacturing test solutions.
Requirements:
- MSEE + 5 years (or equivalent) RF IC Design Experience.
- Proven record of successful high frequency circuit design.
- Experience in state-of-the-art high speed circuit design transistor level circuit.
- Hands on measurement experience solving difficult die-level design problems in products that shipped in high volume.
