PulseWave RF Appoints Dave Bolan as Vice President of Sales
Wireless and Telecommunications Industry Veteran Brings Proven Expertise in
Establishing New Markets for Emerging Technologies
AUSTIN, Texas – March 27, 2006 – PulseWave RF™, Inc. (formerly PropheSi
Technologies™, Inc.), a provider of semiconductor modules for the wireless
infrastructure market, today announced it has appointed David Bolan to the position of
vice president, Sales. In his new role, Mr. Bolan will direct and oversee sales activities as
the company rolls out the industry’s first high efficiency, self contained, self linearizing
digital RF power amplifier module.
A seasoned industry executive, Mr. Bolan brings to PulseWave RF over 30 years of
experience in sales and marketing roles at leading wireless and telecommunications
companies. He was instrumental in helping several organizations develop new markets
for a number of cutting-edge wireless communications products, including the first
CDMA power amplifiers and the first CDMA repeaters.
Mr. Bolan most recently served as vice president of Sales and Marketing at MiCOM
Labs, a leader in wireless compliance testing. Prior to MiCOM, he was involved in
several start-ups, including CoWave Networks and Pico Communications. Previously,
Mr. Bolan served as the vice president of Marketing at Repeater Technologies and as the
vice president of OEM Sales and Marketing at Spectrian.
