New Board Members to Advise Company on Market Expansion of Industry’s First
Wireless Base Station Digital Power Amplifier Technology

AUSTIN, Texas – April 4, 2006 – PulseWave RF™, Inc. (formerly PropheSi
Technologies™, Inc.), a provider of semiconductor modules for the wireless
infrastructure market, today announced that two distinguished telecommunications
industry veterans have joined the company. Additions to the team include the
appointment of K-P Wilska, former president of Nokia, Inc., to the company’s board of
directors. PulseWave RF has also appointed Ian Galton, professor at the University of
California, San Diego, to the company’s advisory board.

“PulseWave RF has created an engineering breakthrough that we believe will disrupt the
wireless base station power amplifier market and greatly benefit original equipment
manufacturers and the wireless industry at large,” said K-P Wilska. “The company has
achieved significant industry traction and I look forward to working with the team as it
delivers products that represent a significant market opportunity to improve the wireless
base station infrastructure industry.”

The new members of the PulseWave RF team are well-known innovators in the
telecommunications field. K-P Wilska is a former executive of Nokia, where he spent
more than 30 years helping the company rise to its position as the largest wireless
supplier in the world. Mr. Wilska is also a venture partner at Austin Ventures.

Ian Galton is a professor of electrical & computer engineering at the University of
California, San Diego, where he manages the Integrated Signal Processing Group. His
research on highly integrated, low-cost communication systems is renown in the industry.
