Wireless Industry Veteran Gary Flood Joins PulseWave RF Board of Directors

Communication Systems Expert to Help Support Expansion of Industry’s First Digital Power Amplifier Chipset Module

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 2006--PulseWave RF(TM), Inc.
(formerly PropheSi Technologies(TM), Inc.), a provider of
semiconductor modules for the wireless infrastructure market, today
announced that wireless telecommunications veteran, Gary Flood, has
joined the company's board of directors. Mr. Flood is currently the
CEO of ReliOn, the leading provider of high reliability fuel cell
solutions for backup power applications. He previously served as CEO
of Metawave Communications, an infrastructure manufacturing company
that produces products for the mobile wireless industry.

"The PulseWave RF Class M power amplifier module will transform the design of cellular base stations, while bringing tremendous improvements in space saving and efficiencies," said Gary Flood. For more than 24 years, Mr. Flood has pioneered the design, development, management and marketing of communications systems for commercial and government applications. As the CEO of ReliOn, Mr. Flood leads the company's marketing and business development efforts. Previously, Mr. Flood has served in executive leadership positions at leading telecommunications companies, including Metawave Communications Corporation, Adaptive Telecom Inc., Stanford Telecommunications and ARGO Systems. Mr. Flood began his career designing RF systems for military applications at Sanders Associates and holds a B.S. in electronic engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
